As part of your Benecaid Benefits Plan, you have access to the Spencer Health Network. The Spencer Health Network entitles you to a variety of savings from over 1,500 experienced providers throughout the country. Complete the form below to activate your membership and start saving.
Getting started is easy!
1. Complete the form on the left using the Activation Number provided by Benecaid. If you don’t know your Activation Number contact a member of the Benecaid Customer Care team at 1-877-797-7448.
2. Receive an email containing your Spencer Health Network membership card.
3. Simply show your card each time you visit a provider for immediate savings!
